Changes BY The Company

The company reserves the right to make changes to it’s itineraries at any time and at it’s discretion. While all efforts will be made to avoid such actions, where a change becomes necessary the company will provide alternative arrangements of equal value.

The company reserves the right to make changes to it’s itineraries in the event of incidents over which it has no control.

Where bookings for a tour exceed the capacity of our tour bus, the company may elect to hire a larger motor vehicle to accommodate the additional passengers. If this situation should eventuate, any motor vehicle hired will be of equal, or greater, standard than our own.

All passengers are to behave within the law and with respect to other passengers and service providers. Particular consideration should be given where a tour is visiting a location of cultural sensitivity.

The tour driver.guide has the authority to make decisions to ensure the safety of passengers. It is a condition of making a booking with the company that passengers comply with any such decision. Should any passenger behave in such a way that significantly detracts from the enjoyment of the tour, the company reserves the right to ask a passenger to leave the tour. In any such event, the company will not be liable for any refund, compensation or additional costs incurred by that passenger. The company does not accept any responsibility for any adverse behaviour by any of it’s passengers or any consequences of said behaviour such as admission to venues being refused or meals not being served.

Home Pick-Up/Return Service

It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that they are ready to embark on their tour at the time stated for pick-up. The company does not take any responsibility for tardiness as a result of traffic congestion but will make every effort to advise passengers if the pick up is going to be delayed significantly.

Pick Up At Venues

All passengers must ensure that they arrive at any ‘pick-up’ location during the tour five minutes before the departure time given by the Driver/Guide.
